The RNLI Lifeguard service has now finished for the 2020 season. Please be very careful if you visit our beaches and go in the water until we return at Easter 2021. Always let someone know if you are going in the water or for a coastal walk alone to aid early detection should something happen. Beware tide time’s during beach walks, Whipsiderry is a high risk cut off area in Newquay. If you’re an inexperienced water user avoid quiet rural beaches, use a beach with a high likelihood of detection should you get in difficulty. Should you see someone you suspect is in difficulty dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard, do not attempt to rescue. Stay safe, see you soon 👍🏼
